Once payment is confirmed and plan benefits are activated, refunds are not provided except where legally required or in case of duplicate/incorrect charges verified by our team.

If proof of payment is unclear or rejected, you may resubmit valid proof from your transaction history or Binance Pay records.

For billing disputes, contact support with transaction hash/ID, wallet details, and relevant screenshots.
